1.  Vow Renewal Dress

This year Scott and I celebrated 15 years of marriage!  As soon as I tried on this amazing dress, I immediately thought that it would be the perfect white dress to wear for a Vow Renewal Ceremony.  Prior to Covid-19, I would have included the key word- Vow Renewal Ceremony in Mexico– but due to these unforeseen circumstances the only Ceremony I may be attending in the immediate future will be in my parent’s backyard (which is where these photos were all taken!). Hey- If I can’t have Mexico- I’ll take the next best option.  If my mother agrees to be the caterer- the “contract” will be signed in a heartbeat!

2.  Wedding Dress for The Bride

Ahhh… Weddings.  My heart is going out right now to any bride or bride to be who had to cancel or reschedule their own wedding due to Covid-19.  I can’t even imagine the heartache, stress, and uncertainty that Covid-19 brides are facing.  I thought that this elegant dress would also be the perfect selection for a casual, outdoor, or beach wedding dress.  It is so romantic looking.  I think the details speak for themselves.

3.  Bridal Shower Dress

I remember looking for a white dress for my own bridal shower 18 years ago.  I actually ended up purchasing a casual wedding dress to wear to my bridal shower, because I couldn’t find anything I really loved.  This dress would be absolutely perfect for a bridal shower.

4.  Beach Family Pictures Dress

Oh my gosh.  I absolutely love white dresses for beach pictures.  In my opinion, white dresses for beach pictures are the perfect and timeless choice.  I actually wrote a blog post about getting amazing beach pictures, and as you can see from that post I selected a white dress for that session.  Four years later and the pictures are still in style!   I can assure you this white dress would be a perfect fit for beach family pictures, a beach wedding, or as I mentioned earlier, a beach vow renewal.    I originally planned to shoot this dress at a local beach area near my house, but due to Covid-19 the beach areas are all closed– so my parents backyard it was! Lol.

5.  Engagement Party Dress

Did you have an engagement party? Ha.  I didn’t either. I think 18 years ago when Scott and I got engaged, the only think we did was go out to dinner with our parents and family members.  Wow!  For better or worse, those were much “simpler times”.   Thanks to the internet, I think engagement parties are now a huge deal- and I can imagine if I were having one, this white dress would be the perfect choice for such an occasion.

6.  Rehearsal Dinner Dress

So maybe you’re having an extremely formal wedding- and if so, this dress would be the perfect choice for your rehearsal dinner!  It’s the mix of casual and glam all at the same time.  I’m sure you wouldn’t regret it and would get many compliments!

7.  Date Night Dress

This dress is perfect for a summer date night.  It could easily be dressed down with flat sandals and a jean jacket for a more casual look.  Now, to secure a babysitter.  Oh wait, date nights have been pretty non existent due to Covid-19.

8.  Resort Wear Vacation Dress

Ahh! This dress is perfect for resort wear.  I can just picture wearing it to a nice restaurant on the water.  When I think of vacation dresses, I totally think of this kind of dress.  So beautiful for so many occasions.  Add a neutral colored hat to change the look of the dress entirely.  Add colorful statement jewelry for a completely unique look.

9.  Banquet Dress

This dress would be beautiful for a special high school or college awards banquet, Sorority pinning, National Honor Society,  or Sports Banquet.  At some point, I am hoping those events will all be rescheduled, and when they are, this dress would be a great choice!

10.  Class Reunion Dress

Depending on where your class reunion is being held, this dress could easily work.  As I said, it is easily able to be dressed up or down depending on the occasion.  Last year I celebrated my 20th High School Reunion.  Scott said if I walked into the reunion in this dress, I might have got some funny looks.  I don’t what he was talking about.

Well, there you have it.  Ten places that would be perfect to wear this amazing white dress.  (I guess the only place I would not recommend wearing it to is someone’s else’s wedding. LOL.)
